What We NeedWe are looking for a Director of Analytics to build data products and improve our business intelligence. This person will report into the Chief Technology Officer and manage both the technical and analytical aspects of data.
What You’ll Do

  • Build and lead a team of Analytics Engineers, Data Analysts, and Data Scientists

  • Improve Maisonette’s business intelligence by building a self-service data warehouse for both business users and Data Analysts to gain insight into our business

  • Partner closely with leads in functional areas (Marketing, Merchandising, Finance, Digital Product, Business Development) to provide insight and analysis

  • Foster and reinforce a culture of data-driven decision making; ensure data fluency within the company and train to enhance self-service analytics capabilities

About You

  • Proficiency with data modeling and transformation

  • Experience leading and managing teams

  • Experience using and/or building data warehouses

  • Cross-functional work style
