We’re actively recruiting a Head of Finance to act as thought partner on business decisions and to ensure an accurate and transparent view of the company’s financial performance.

As Head of Finance, you will:

• Work alongside the CEO and Management team to establish a clear strategy, roadmap, and targets for the business in the following Key Areas:
  • Forecasting, Goal Setting
  • Financial Planning, Reporting, Modeling & Analysis
  • Competitive Market Analysis
  • Capitalization Strategy, Board Communication, Fundraising
  • Cash Management
• Leadership experience: Will manage accounting and AP/AR team as well as vendor management, LOC/banking relationships
• Strong understand of KPI development across divisions with regards to ROI with regards to hiring, departmental spending, online and offline marketing budgeting and related analysis and GMV run rate
• Evaluate strategic opportunities for the business by developing robust financial models and analyses
• Develop and manage our internal financial processes, including leading all financial planning and budgeting efforts
• Design, create and maintain comprehensive dashboards to measure goals, drive initiatives, and aid in operational decision making
• Develop financial reports and presentations for internal discussions and Board review

The following might describe you:

• 7-10 years of strategic finance experience in management consulting, e-commerce, banking, private equity, and/or startup finance
• Strong knowledge of E-Commerce, Retail and ideally with two-sided marketplaces
• MBA highly desired but not required
• Entrepreneurial, creative, and comfortable developing structures and process from scratch
• Capable of owning all financial processes, accounting, metrics for a high-growth organization
• A great presenter and highly organized
